As the user login to the SOFT user login, he/she is directed to the Planner page. The page in front shows the total points that are available in his account. Railway, SBI Purchase points will be shown in the separate columns. The users Redeemable points are shown in "Yellow" and the non Redeemable points will be highlighted through "Green". In the 'Plan' tab their "My Travel Page" where the user has to fills in all the mandatory fields for traveling.

After this on clicking "Find Trains", the user is directed to the page where he/she gets a train list along with available classes for the booking. There are various information according to listed arrival timings of trains. If user selects class "First Class AC(1A)/AC 2-tier sleeper(2A)/AC chair Car". The user gets a train list. If class selected by the user matches with one of the valid classes for accrual that is First Class AC(1A)/AC 2-tier sleeper(2A)/AC chair Car , then he will get a train list and seat availability for that train. After that user will click at "Book" Ticket Button under the availability option, then he will get the Shubh Yatra Passenger Details page.

Enter Loyalty Numbers of the Passengers in-case they are SOFT members to accrue points to their accounts. After entering the Loyalty Numbers click on fetch details button to fetch the details. In case if you want to add more loyalty member then repeat the same process, mentioned above. According to your selections and fill ups, the form will upcoming form will opens and booked your tickets or provides you the information and status of the PNR you entered. It Helps in easy booking and following large process and saves time.

In case you do not have any SOFT members travelling you can skip this page to enter normal passenger List in the next screen (Booking Page).
